Please note that to access and modify the sheet you need to have a gmail id. Please let me know your gmail id so that I can add you as the collaborator of the document.
Once the voting is finished for the games, the schedule will be prepared and published at the same location.
Now that the voting is finished and we know the game of choice, the league table has been finalised and published at the same location. Please check the schedule of the games and contact me if you have any issues or concerns.
Details of the program
15:00 – 20:00 To be planned based upon the selection of the game. The results are out and once again Tennis seems to be the game of choice with a very close difference from Bowling which is the second choice. Expect the league table to be ready by the weekend.
As promised, the league table is ready and may be viewed by clicking here. In short, the program is as follows:
- 15:00 - 15:10 Flag hosting to mark the republic day followed by the national anthem.
- 15:10 - 15:30 Bowling title for under 5.
- 15:30 - 16:30 Tennis title for 5+ kids.
- 16:30 - 19:30 Open tennis title
Please note that soft drinks and juices along with light snacks will be available during the whole event.
20:00 – 21:00 Drinks & Dinner (please vote your choice) . Everyone has put their vote and you may see the voting results here. So, the choice is dinner from Kanchan's. Drinks option include Single malt whiskey (Glenfedich), Vodka (Absolute) and Flavoured rum (Bacardi breezer). Put in your suggestion if you prefer some other drink.
21:30 - Prize distribution and felicitation to the winners and champions. Note that all the kids get the prize for participation. All other winners receive due honour and felicitation.
Entry Fee
Amount: £20 per family
The fees may be submitted at the venue before the start of the game.

hum to naveen bhai ki baat se ekdam sahmat hain. doubles game hi hona chahiye who bhi apne-apne pati ji ke saath. isse do faayde honge no1- pata chal jaayega ki kiska pati kaun hai. no2-anant bhai apna living room bada karvayenge kyunki doubles game us living room mein to ho nahi payega.

Double's Partner Selection Criteria

Anant maharaj, aise nahin chalega. Double's partner selection should be done on a lucky draw basis. Every player's name should be written on a small piece of paper and put in a box or bowl. Then the partner's name should be chosen by diff. player's from that box or bowl. AND what about my 2nd point - about 2nd and 3rd number game's championships?

1. Kisi member ko agar aitraaz na ho to kya is baar hum team banake doubles championship rakh sakte hain - for a change?
2. Hum logon ne voting to kar di. Seems Tennis has again achieved the top spot for the favourite game. But what I would suggest here is that the games which are voted as number 2 and 3 (at least) should also be arranged for championships in near future at different venue(s). Otherwise, the voting of those members - who have voted their max. (5) for the next two games will make no sense, which is not correct.
