Encode Video for iPhone/iPod

The first thing I wanted to do when I bought my iPhone was to put my videos on it. The video format that is accepted by iPhone is mp4. To build an album using JAlbum, what I need to do is to put all my photos under a directory and organise them under various subdirectories.
